Saturday - 9.30am-10.30am HIP Pilates (High Intensity Power Pilates)
1:1 sessions availability
Mondays - 9.30am-12.30pm
Tuesdays - 9.30am-2.00pm
Private sessions are particularly useful if you are recovering from injury or ailments, or if you want a tailored pilates programme to suit your needs.
These are perfect to improve sporting performance, prepare for a specific event, rehabilitation or just wanting to deepen your understanding of Pilates and the technique.
A bespoke programme will be put together after consultation with you looking at your body and needs. Please contact me to discuss your requirements.
These can be done as a 1:1 or, why not get your friends and family involved and have a private group session. All sessions take place at your home for convenience, and all equipment is provided.
